Hollywood Squares special?

I'm surprised that Mark missed this one... a Hollywood Squares alcohol education special.

Is this legitimate and, if it is, does anyone here recall seeing this in school?  I don't, but if the date given is correct I was in kindergarten at the time.

This wasn't the only educational film w/a GS theme...many online catalogues of old fire safety films list "Family Fire Safety Feud", which featured Richard Dawson.
