Interesting concept.  Nice for those of us who can't beat the normal lotto to get a spot... but it appears you still have to go to the testing location for the simulation game.

It seems similar to the "jump to the front of the line" contests that alot of major cities have for Canadian Idol up here.

Interesting coincidence they're doing it the same week as VH1's conducting a similar online contestant test for their "World Series of Pop Culture" show.

If it isn't a coincidence, since when does the top dog get influenced by the runt of the litter?
