Three of our favorites presented the 2006 TV Land award for the character who is most in need of a time-out, which was a tie between Alison Arngrim of Little House on the Prairie and Danielle Spencer from What's Happening!!!
This award was presented by Monty Hall, Peter Marshall and Wink Martindale.
And I think the announcer for the whole thing was Gary Owens.
