Gamenut, I've had ideas on this board before and one thing I learned is "do your research first". This board has a difficult yet a very knowledgeable audience. You'll know right away if you missed the mark.

Yes.  For instance, you clearly don't know which part of the program the Showcase Showdown is.

Concerning the original post:

"you I" - what the hell does the mean?

No wonder we have so many illiterate people writing on the net. I had to learn punctuation when I was at school, and even as you might not like my posts, I use punctuation to make it readable.

They may be illiterate, but I'm willing to bet they at least can copy and paste.

Oh, and before questioning someone's grammar, make sure to check your own first.

"What the hell does the mean", for example.

Don't think too hard... you might give yourself a headache.

This doesn't tell you that you just, may, POSSIBLY, be doing something wrong?

Oops, I should have said "What the hell does THAT mean?"

And speaking of mistakes, I said that the Daytime Emmys were going to air on SoapNet today. It was on yesterday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Yeah, I'll agree -- that was definitely a mistake.
