The Prof goes nostalgic on his site, with a look back at the original Price is Right. One thing in there that I had not heard before - that after Bob Stewart left G-T, Cullen was named an executive producer of TPIR. Know anything about this, Matt?

I'm not Matt (nor am I Kim), but I've seen that in the credits on an ABC Price.

 Probably very similar setup as today's Price is; with Barker as an exec. producer.

Actually, that's a fact I did not know.  I'll certainly accept it as true if Chris says he saw it on a tape.  Given what I DO know about Bill, my guess would be that, unlike Barker, his title would have been more of an honorary one and he probably left most of the actual decision making to the people below him.
