Nice to hear "The Girl in My Life" again.

I hear shades of 1973 "Concentration" in that one.  You can tell they were written around the same time!

BTW, for those who haven't listened to The Party Game Theme, it is the music used for when Stewie has one of his "Sexy Parties" on Family Guy. Not the actual record, but they probably redid it for the 5 or 6 seconds for the show.

Love the current CBS NFL theme. Much better than the draggy old one. (Although I'd love to hear the 1960s version - "Confidence" - one more time.)

Worst NFL theme evar, BTW - NBC's mid-90s version, which somebody called "the dance of the 4-12 Bengals."

Actually, the mid-80's CBS NFL theme is my personal favorite.  The current theme is growing on me, though.

ABC's Monday Night Football... now THAT'S an NFL theme.

Is the Debt theme listed a midi arrangement or the actual theme?

Definitely midi. Just comparing it to the clip Mike used to have up of a bonus round, you can discern real horns playing versus the faux ones on TQ's site.

It may have been written for "Concentration" but it was never used on the show.

There was, by the way, a different piece of music used for the pilot of "The Girl In My Life", which did air (but about midway through the run). It may or may not have been Kalehoff's work; it was a much more sedate waltz-type piece of music.

That might be the one listed [possibly incorrectly] as Conc. cue 2, I take it?

The theme itself appears to be based off a Burt Bacharach cue from the unofficial James Bond film "Casino Royale" (the 1967 film, not the upcoming 2006 version). I know for I have the cue from that soundtrack. The original track is "Bond Street", it was later remixed as "Home James, Don't Spare the Horses" on the 1967 film.

(And there's my item-of-useless-trivia for the time being...)

Nope, that's not it. But that was used as a Girl In My Life cue, as was #3 and that "unused car prize" cue. And none of that music was used on Concentration.

Oh my!  Look at all these 80s WoF prize cues... someone found a copy of Merv Griffin's "Escape" album.  Very nice.

Sadly, my Streambox Ripper doesn't want to let me convert them into MP3s.  I'll come up with something...

Also in that section: The Party Game? What the heck was that?

As per a Google search of ATGS, it was a Canuck based charades game show from the 70s.

No, actually, you can't.

Casey, have you gotten anywhere with possibly getting hold of his Bicentennial Funk source mp3?
