Technically, what Noggin's running is the "Play With Me Sesame" repackages, which contain some original Muppet scenes with four characters (only one of which--Fran Brill's Prairie Dawn--is performed by the Muppeteer who originated the character, and boy does it show). They don't have the rights to anything else--and PBS Kids Sprout is unsurprisingly rerunning recent episodes and not the oldies.

Ah, yes - my mistake. Thank you, Mark. It's Sprout, not Noggin, that shows the recent entire episodes. I miss the old Noggin, instead of "The N" crap that's running now.*
* With the occasional exception of Degrassi

Noggin is somewhat still around, if you count the mornings... at nighttime, teens are only allowed to watch. The original N used to have reruns of old "teen-oritented" Nick shows like Clarissa and Pete And Pete... Now it's Degrassi and Degrassi wannabes.
Classic Sesame Street I believe is also coming on DVD sometime this fall, which is some great news to hear!
