Does Noggin still show old Sesame Streets?

If "old" is from a couple of years back, then yes.

But I'm sure you meant the classic ones, which unfortunately disappeared from the network once Sesame Workshop pulled out.

Technically, what Noggin's running is the "Play With Me Sesame" repackages, which contain some original Muppet scenes with four characters (only one of which--Fran Brill's Prairie Dawn--is performed by the Muppeteer who originated the character, and boy does it show).  They don't have the rights to anything else--and PBS Kids Sprout is unsurprisingly rerunning recent episodes and not the oldies.

Ah, yes - my mistake. Thank you, Mark. It's Sprout, not Noggin, that shows the recent entire episodes. I miss the old Noggin, instead of "The N" crap that's running now.*

Noggin is somewhat still around, if you count the mornings... at nighttime, teens are only allowed to watch. The original N used to have reruns of old "teen-oritented" Nick shows like Clarissa and Pete And Pete... Now it's Degrassi and Degrassi wannabes.

Classic Sesame Street I believe is also coming on DVD sometime this fall, which is some great news to hear!
