Anyone know what's happened to this site? I haven't been able to connect to it for two days.

My educated guess is - his webhosting has a service cap, it's late in the month, his site has become newly popular and hit that cap.  Rather than paying for more service, it's offline for the next week or so.

I know nothing about webhosting costs, but that sounds like a reasonable explanation
