Just because someone is 13 or 14 years old doesn't give them a free pass. When I was that age, we were expected to use complete sentences with punctuation in school. I fail to see why it shouldn't be expected around other adults as well.

I get so sick of people saying "He's only 13" or "She's just a kid". Bull crap. They can learn, just like the rest of us did...and if they're unwilling to do so...they may find the information they desire will not be given to them in a friendly manner.
