Looks like Family Feud will be airing on WB 54 at 8am and 8:30am starting Sept 11... not the best timeslots in the world, but UPN 24 no longer airs Feud.

54 is going to be the CW affiliate, so that's a surprise to me...I would have thought 24 would keep it.....

I believe WDCA-20 in DC is moving it to 11:00 and 11:30 -- one hour later, straight up against TPiR, The View and Ellen.

This is going to reach more than just viewers in Maryland.  DirecTV carries WB54 as a "regional" WB affiliate for local channel subscribers in the Eastern and Central time zones when the local channels wouldn't otherwise include an over-the-air WB affiliate.  (For what it's worth, those on Mountain or Pacific time get San Diego's KSWB, and Dish Network subscribers in a similar situation get either KSWB or Miami's WBZL depending on where they live.)

Here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I've seen new FF's on the local ABC station (WMDT), at noon, though I recall seeing them elsewhere, even though I know that's illegal.

Now UPN 21 (where Wheel and J! were this past season) is becoming FOX 21, where the pair will sorta "move" to again, even though it's the same place on the dial, and also owned by WBOC (CBS affiliate), like UPN 21 was. WB 3 will become the local CW station. To top this off, this info was only just released a couple of weeks ago, and probably just confirmed, knowing things around here, around the same time.

2 years ago, WMDT lost one of the few sources of revenue it had when it lost Wheel and J! (WBOC news gets roughly 80% of the news audience on Delmarva, and has since the early 80's, and the only thing that brought WMDT close to WBOC's numbers at any time was WOF and J!), and now, just checking Feud's site, it doesn't surprise me WMDT lost Feud too, and that it will now be on FOX at noon again! So, all the syndicated games will be on FOX 21, and all the syndicated talks on WBOC, and over 90% of all the syndicated shows seen here will be split between the two.

Well, say goodbye to those 2 dozen billboard ads of Pat, Vanna, and Alex next to the UPN 21 logo, put up just a year ago this month...

O'Hurley Feud does begin on Sept 18 though correct?  I read that that's when it premieres, but I'm just making sure since I know some shows do premiere on the 11th this year.

This thread sort of made me wonder...

What's to become of Feud in NYC? I haven't heard or seen anything yet regarding it- all I know is that its slot is being taken by The People's Court starting soon.

(Might it be moving to the 12:00 hour? I noticed Inside Edition moving to 11:30 replacing WNYW's newscast.)

It looks like the show will be moving to WWOR at 3 PM beginning September 5, according to Zap2it.
