Are you referring to pricing games which debuted on a season premiere?  The last one to do that was Time is Money.  It was played for the second time during week 2 under its original rules.  (Steve or someone else, feel free to correct me here.)  After playing #2, it underwent some game play changes and returned a few weeks later, and was (thankfully) retired shortly after.

Nope , you got it....back in the day , the best part of the season premiere was the introduction of a new pricing game....
