Let's start discussing what shows and hosts will be in the running for the 2007 version. (BTW, the awards are moving to June next year; the nominations will be announced in March.)
Personally, I feel Bob will get one more nomination (assuming he's going to run) and TPIR an Outstanding Game Show nod. I expect that TPIR will be given a lengthy salute for 35 years, and Bob for 50 during the show. Keep in mind CBS will carry the awards. It would be a dramatic improvement over 2006, which only had J! and WWTBAM (and only Alex and Meredith as Outstanding Game Show Host, as well) as the two nominees for the top game show award - and that was sent off to the Creative Arts awards!
I think that since prime-time game shows are eligible, DOND and Howie will get nominated. I think J! and WWTBAM will also be in the running again, with Alex and Meredith nominated as well.
