In all fairness....... I'm sure they got thousands of ticket requests. If your letter happened to fall at the bottom of the pile then your tickets may show up a few days later. However I would assume that anyone who mailed in for tickets the first week they were available will get them by tape date. I wouldn't start sweating it until Wednesday or Thursday of this week.

I was there the last time they were in NY, I saw the Thursday and Friday shows  It was really fun and it was a great experience.  I even got to talk to Vanna for about 2 seconds, and I asked Charlie a question about Wheel during his warmups.  Sadly im probably not going this year, i would love to see a few NBA week shows though

I got a postcard in the mail the other day, essentially they were overwhelmed with requests and no more tickets are being given out

Unfortunately, Chuck, they most likely ran out of tickets.

What day of shows did you order tickets for and how many? Just curious.

I GOT THEM!!!!!

I sent for 2 tickets for the Saturday evening taping. Who knows, maybe I'll leave early and hit the Museum of TV and Radio too. I don't live too far from Radio City, but NYC traffic will kill you.

Well it looks like PeterMarshallFan just got his. I'm still holding out hope for you. You've still got three more days to go. Don't give up yet.

I figured out why you may not have received tickets. According to the WABC website, applications were chosen at random.  It appears that it was all in the luck of the draw and unfortunately you may not have been so lucky.

Audience Tickets
The Wheel of Fortune ticket promotion is now over. We received thousands of applications for tickets to our New York Shows. Applications were chosen randomly and those who were chosen will receive tickets in the next week or so.

Thank you for being a Wheel Watcher. We appreciate your viewership and hope you enjoy watching the shows from New York, beginning November 3rd on WABC-TV.
