South African network M-Net is gearing up for their own version of "DoND" in 2007. On the official site, there is a short promo clip filled with American clips and Howie Mandel asking the infamous question. It's located towards the bottom with the header "Watch the Video Highlights".

Noted that FHM's sponsoring the models on this version.  I assume that if NBC tried that here, the self-appointed guardians of morality would be screaming bloody murder.
