I had a golden opportunity to talk with "J.J." in between shows at a local comedy club about a month or so ago, but I didn't.

Had I done it, I would have said that I enjoyed seeing him on the game show circuit -- especially Match Game, but I thought, "Nah, he probably wouldn't have much to say about it if he even remembered".

I won't do that again, nor will I forget my cell phone at home anymore for photo ops.

The next time one of the gang runs into Jimmie Walker, have him contact GSN to ask them why they never air his syndie episodes of "Match Game."

I could have watched hours more of that!

And ... Never before have I seen the set of the old NBC version in color! I ran home from school to watch the show every day, but we didn't get a color TV until they had built the newer set.
