Yeah, I have to agree.  Letterman's Feud bits are much better.

Like his show. How it's been on for almost 5 years is beyond me.

/And yes, I've actually seen the show.
//Conan O'Brien he's not.

I actually don't think his show is all that bad. Yeah, it's not Tivo material, but it doesn't offend me when it's on nearly to the level that it apparently offends some people here.

Anything I've seen of the show is in a sleep-deprived stupor other than the PYL clip, but the PYL clip was not only un-funny but it's been done to death on the Colbert Report. Hopefully that bit wasn't representative of the entire show.

Actually you're thinking of This Week In God on The Daily Show.

Even then, I really don't think it was all that bad. I at least smirked.

I'll take a step back from the "show is lame" stance I took. I've tried to watch episodes, and I've wanted to like it, seeing that Carson seems like a cool person off the show (gathering this after listening to "Loveline"). My biggest beef is that Carson doesn't seem to know which direction he wants to take with the show. When it first started, it was a laidback, informal show. I don't think there was even a monologue, you had the intro, then dissolve to Carson already seated. The show then switched up to a Leno look-a-like, all the way down to the set and skits recycled from every other late night show. It's almost like he doesn't know what kind of audience he wants, although I guess you could say he just wants to appeal to the masses.

/Must give him credit for that Coin Toss game show idea, tho.

My beef is that he's an extremely good looking man doing comedy.  Let ugly people do comedy; he should just stand there and look good.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

That's completely insulting, and reprehensible.

I have a great idea for a new game show. It's called Benefit of the Doubt.

I don't know how it would be played, but at least the phrase would come up more often on the board.

I'm surprised you understood him, considering how firmly his tongue was planted in his cheek. Come on, man.

If by that you mean "when he was doing Later and wasn't COMPLETELY smarmy", then I wholeheartedly agree. I find myself saying the same thing during Football Night In America.
