I had planned to watch a special on Sunday afternoon, "Santa's Wild & Wacky Christmas", which happened to be on my NBC station, although I suspect it was syndicated...but I forgot about it : (
One of the hosts was Erik Estrada; there is a trailer for the show posted online. It combined game show elements with home videos of Christmas catastrophes, along with "Candid Camera" type situations in which people had to do questionable things to win cash and prizes. I wonder if anyone else ever caught this special if it played in their area, and what was the game element like; any pictures of the set?
