"The Money Maze" title font?

I've seen it everywhere, from a billboard for an air hockey supply store to a Temptations concert tee. What is it called and where can I find it?

The name of the font is "Premiere Shaded".  I don't know (as of right now) where to find it.

The other big place it was used: Barry Manilow. Check out all his album covers of the 70's.

At the Copa, Copacabana?  The hottest spot north of Havana?

Music and passion were always in fashion there.

Barry is a person, place and thing.  You might consider him the complete noun.

I thought that was Chuck Norris.
