It's out of the same production company (Navarre's Brentwood/BCI).  At a $9.99 price point, expect probably 5-6  episodes - may or may not be the same episodes as the Best of Match Game DVD set. I wouldn't expect much (plain packaging and menus, no features).  This is the type of release is the kind that winds up for sale in the Wal-Mart discount bin and at your local Cracker Barrel.

Bump for "important" information....

The "Dumb Dora" edition is nothing more than disc 1 of the box set.

That's not so much "evil" as it is "dumb" (pardon the pun). Not knowing the ins and outs of the DVD business, I have to imagine that this release is a combination of two things. One: the DVD box sets sold (relatively) like greased hotcakes. Two: there's a large swath of untapped buyers out there who regularly buy single DVDs but won't buy box sets. And all of that is fine.

But you honestly can't just pick a few "new" shows, even at random, for this disc? A lot of those greased-hotcake-buyers would be beating down your door a second time, instead of wondering why it looks like you might be trying to trick them out of their money (I don't think that's the intention, but it certainly can LOOK like it).

Well...I just got out the episode listing insert from the "Best Of" set...and...well...

At least four of the episodes don't even have the crazy questions...like Dumb Dora.

(maybe 5...I don't know about the 2/74 ep.  Gives me a reason to watch that DVD again. :) )

Perhaps it's the Dumb Dora edition because you'd have to be dumb to buy it?

(Thank you, I'll be here all week.  Veal.)
