It was the color version--looks like the 1970-71 season.  Bill Cullen hosted, Johnny O. announced, and the panel was Durward Kirby, Peggy Cass, Mark Goodson and Kitty Carlisle.

A good episode, too.  Bill mentioned it was his first time hosting (Garry was out "having fun"), he had some nice banter with Mark Goodson (referencing Winner Take All in the process), and the two stories couldn't have been more diverse:  A man waging a "fat is beautiful" campaign (featuring his "pleasingly plump" wife) and a model-thin tennis-playing fashionplate.

Since it was Bill's first time hosting, it might very well have been the 69-70 season.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

It wasn't, it was a 70-71 season show with Bill subbing for Garry.

It was actually from the 1970-71. GSN aired all 20 of Bill's subbing episodes back in '98 or so.
It was a great week, indeed. On the following episode, Peggy hosted the first game and Bill took her place on the panel!
