  • Just leave the set; that’d be terrific.
Twenty Question
« on: March 14, 2007, 12:48:19 AM »
A pilot shot in November 1988 called Twenty Questions for NBC.  I assume NBC knew by now that $ale and SP were dead oin the water and were seeking out replacements?  Does anyone know who hosted this one (ticket doesn't say).

Edit: Title should say "Twenty Questions", but I wasn't able to correct the title.

Not sure, but wasn't there also a "Twenty Questions" pilot done w/Jack Clark in the 70s? Someone's site (I think Matt Kaiser) mentioned the audience leaving to go to a nearby Burger King from the pilot being so boring. :-P
"I just wanna give a shoutout to my homies in their late-30s who are watching this on Paramount+ right now, cause they couldn't stay up late enough to watch it live!"

Now celebrating his 21st season on GSF!

The Pilot Light mentions an attempted revival of Twenty Questions from 1989; Buesa Vista produced it, Dick Wilson hosted. I'd assume this was an earlier pilot of that attempt.
