Certainly You Bet! often featured one or two obscure knowledge based challenges like this each week. Wetten Dass normally has one, from the limited episodes of it I've seen.

Incidentally, if you want to have a look at the sort of thing you can see on Wetten Dass, the official website has loads of videos:
