I'm sure there have been more in the papers, but this one at least is somewhat obscure!

Heh, not bad. Would have been funnier if they avoided the verb "warmed" in the third panel, so they could hit you over the head with the pun harder. :)

(Now, see, THAT is a remotely funny Bad GS Joke.)

Just to balance the scales of comedy . . . eh. (But I don't like One Big Happy in general.)

Still can't let it go, eh Lemon?

Meh...I thought the "I can, if the price is right" joke from an earlier strip.
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

Can't let what go?  He was criticized for not considering certain "bad GS jokes" to be jokes and now he's pointed to what he considers a good example.

I thought the post in question was a little snarky towards Mr. Wuthrich. That's all.

This is precisely what I mean by your sucky attitude as of late. Maybe I have a problem with being a little oversnarky, especially as of late, but maybe you should take what I say a little more seriously.

(I know, Chris has about as much chance of doing that as a cockroach has of giving birth to a pig, but still.)
