To be fair, that thread was initially about Bob's spot on Craig Ferguson. It did mention Letterman in passing, but maybe he didn't actually open that thread. No one can be expected to open every thread on the board before posting.

Yeah, I don't know why this seems to be everybody's favorite "gotcha" game, but the nastiness of finger-pointing is in many ways worse than the honest mistake, which in this case is hard to even call a mistake.
