Just a heads up that GameStop has all the Ubisoft "2010" games for $19.99 this week.
GameStop's Game Days sale usually lasts a month, if not two...not that I'm telling you to wait until Memorial Day to get your copies of the Ubisoft games.

The screenshot showing Big Bucks in a space on the top row and $4K + One Spin in the lower right corner is all I need to see to suggest they take their $1.99 and perform an anatomical impossibility with it.

/well, I guess it's not *that* impossible
//though I guess I appreciate them publishing that and saving me the money

i just downloaded it and can verify it's actually correct in the game play, it's exactly like the release already out for wii, PC, etc.

...which I thought we established was broken. (for example, Big Bucks not going to the space above it every time, etc.)

Certainly, better than the screenshot suggests, though. (And not at all surprising that it's basically a straight code port, since we already know that to be Ludia's M.O..)

(Which makes me wonder what brain surgeon thought it would be a good idea to include that screenshot.)

I'm guessing the screenshot was also a direct port from the screenshots on their other product, since I remember seeing the same thing on the back of the Wii game's box.

Endless Games has just updated its website, and some things I've speculated may be happening apparently are!

After originally showing a prototype box of a "Deluxe," fourth edition of Family Feud, (featuring a grid-type board, similar to MB and Pressman editions), it is just going to be done the traditional EG way, only featuring the original show's logo.  Don't know if maybe they will be going back to that logo, once the new season with Steve Harvey begins!  http://www.endlessgames.com/public_html/ns-FeudClassic.html

The sixth edition of Password will be like before, only with a brand new logo, reminiscent (but not identical) to the classic Milton Bradley box game logo.  http://www.endlessgames.com/public_html/ns-password6th.html

Million Dollar Password will now feature what looks like a reusable dry-erase scoreboard, and a sand timer, instead of the battery-operated electronic console.  A different photo of Regis Philbin appears on the box cover.  http://www.endlessgames.com/public_html/ns-MDPassword.html

A new Newlywed Game, pretty much like previous editions, will only feature a new box cover.  http://www.endlessgames.com/public_html/ns-newlywed.html

I wouldn't call those "features". (And Endless hits a new low by throwing in a single 30-second egg timer and telling you to flip it over twice in the endgame.)

Kinda figured that the 2nd Edition of MDP would get stripped of all its chrome when I saw that $13.99 pre-order price a couple months back.  Maybe they put the money into developing consistently playable sets of words this time?

In fairness, Cardinal did this with their $25K/$100K Pyramid home game many moons ago.  However, the precedent doesn't make the idea or the execution suck any less.

At this point, Endless, just charge us $1.99 for PDFs of the materials and/or word lists, and we'll all be better off.

Outside of the Original Recipe Password products, if I thought their content was WORTH $1.99, I'd be right with you. :)

I'm more interested in knowing how you "Go Back Two Spaces" vertically?

Honestly, this isn't as wacky. The constructs of "Go Back" and "Advance" on the PYL board made it pretty clear that "forward" motion was to be considered clockwise.

And it's the good (not cheapened) one. Thanks for the tip.
