To anyone from FremantleMedia who may happen to read this:
Speaking as a former employee of Mark Goodson Productions, you are now without an emcee for The Price Is Right and have not found a suitable replacement for Bob Barker.
A cursory survey of the local L.A. television market uncovers the following talent whom I believe are at least worthy of an audition in studio 33:
- Danny Romero (weekend weather, KABC-TV)
- Robb Weller (weekend anchor, KTTV - has game show experience with Win, Lose or Draw)
I have also heard favorable things about Roger Lodge in his capacity as emcee of The Price Is Right Live in Las Vegas but have not seen him do the show myself.
