They've apparently had some sort of problem.  A scroll ran at the bottom of the screen stating that they'll be joining Quiznation shortly.

Personally, they can keep it on Millionaire, but that's just my personal taste.

As it turns out, that's what they did; Quiznation never showed up. I wonder what went wrong.

This has happened at least once before, in the very beginning of "Playmania" last year. I think there was a power failure in the studio so they couldn't do the show. I think they keep some old Millionaires always racked up as a contingency, much like rain-delay theatre.

Or, for those of us who are / were in radio, "Stairway to Heaven."

Yeah, I used to be a fan of QN, but since they've added a clock that runs an average of 5 times per show, thus causing needless stalling ("Zombie Mode" as those in the GSN.com forums have nicknamed it), I've been getting a few extra hours sleep.

I would think "Miss American Pie" would be in the mix as well.  After all, wasn't there a sign about Stairway? ;)

I seem to remember in the 1970's-early 80's when Cleveland Indians Baseball games were on WJW-8 or WUAB-43..The "Rain Delay Theater" would be Three Stooges shorts..Considering how the Indians played in that era..The Three Stooges were more fun to watch,,

It was on last night (Friday night).  They at least went back to e-mails, which leads to the highlight of the evening.

The "guy-surfer dude" hosted last night. One of the e-mails: "Jeff, what kind of shampoo do you use? Your hair looks great".

I sat there stunned.  If they are going to do this show, go back to the original format. Kill the clock. I feel like I'm watching QVC (or in Cincinnati-the Action Auction).

Over the past 2 weeks, I've switched away, especially when they would go serious/soap-opera-y. The slow dissolves, the s-l-o-w pace just to stretch out the show.  The one night, ONE game for 1:50...no winners, with a prize cranked up to $3,000. Then...a 3 minute clock, a new game with the prize carried over. (The game was a scramble of "TOM CRUISE").

It's JUMPED THE SHARK. :(

Get rid of this Jeff dude and Angelle (or whatever her name is). This woman is very hard to listen to. (I thought Mel was hard to understand....and then came Angelle) The boobage doesn't improve things.

Since Tuesday's crappy show, Wednesday's and Friday's editions have gigantically improved. Though, quiznation seems to fluctuate a lot between good and bad lately, so don't be surprised if tonight's show is a piece.

Also, giving my two cents, I don't think Jeff is too bad of a host. I didn't like him at first, but I don't mind his style or his sense of humor. Angelle's voice doesn't bother me as badly as it does everyone else, either.

I'm pretty sure boobage can improve nearly anything. Why do you think Whitesnake lasted as long as they did in the American eye?

I hope you mean that the crappy part was after approx. 12:35 AM Eastern on Tuesday's show, after this. :-)
