Hmm... that's weird... according to that NCAA style bracket jpg going around, it says two episodes each day - however my program guide and GSn are both listing "Prejudice?" at 8 pm.

Is this really something you can't figure out?  Each one-hour episode will feature two matches.

Mea culpa - in this day and age where everything is stretched out to the limit with filler, I naturally assumed that each match was an hour long.

I feel duly honoured that I have been part of another episode of Masters of the Obvious.

Saturday, August 25 at 7 PM ET
Featuring Ken Jennings vs. Phyllis Harris and Michelle Kitt vs. John Carpenter
Encore showing at 8/25 10 PM ET, Wed. 8/29 at 8 PM ET and Thur. 8/30 at 10 PM ET.

Saturday, September 1 at 7 PM ET
Featuring semifinal matches
Encore showing at 9/1 10 PM ET, Wed. 9/5 at 8 PM ET and Thur. 9/6 at 10 PM ET.

Saturday, September 8 at 7 PM ET
GRAND SLAM Championship
Encore showing at 9/8 10 PM ET, Wed. 9/12 at 8 PM ET and Thur. 9/13 at 10 PM ET.

***In addition there will be a GRAND SLAM marathon on Championship Saturday, September 8 from noon to 7 PM as a lead in to the Championship show.  All seven previous episodes will be replayed.

I can't tell - does this mean the show is doing well, or badly?

Wondering the same thing myself. I'm gonna be optimistic and suggest it's doing well, since they would want to burn it off if it wasn't.

I'm hungrily wondering, too. But I think the single biggest reason for optimism is that marathon before the finals  -- if Grand Slam was tanking, or even performing flatly, they probably wouldn't try to schedule an entire day of it.

My fingers are crossed it's the biggest hit GSN has ever had!

Was there an answer to this (that I've missed)?  I--the stupidest man alive--repatched the VCR incorrectly, and I managed to get the video from last night's final match, but no audio.
