The report also cites Entertainment Tonight as saying his prostate cancer has gotten worse.

That truly sucks. I am sending good thoughts.

I was sitting here wondering what, if any, "connection" I have with Merv Griffin--and I realized that, after my parents, he was the person third-most responsible for helping me learn to read.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Merv Griffin. I always liked his talk show and of course WOF and J!. And I can't wait to see his new creation Crosswords this Fall.
