Best one I can think of is Missy Gold, who played Family Feud with her Benson co-stars at the age of ten.

I don't know if this would count or not, but when Melissa Gilbert appeared on The Hollywood Squares in August 1979, her siblings shared a square with her for a couple of "days."  One of those siblings was four-year-old Sara Gilbert, future Rosanne regular.
