No, because I was too young for that. They looked like dollar bills only in that they were green. They had dollar amounts on them, $10,000 if I recall. I saw a promo for it, but never the game.

Beat The House was played if a corresponding card was chosen on the Gambit Board. It was played after the Gambit Board round. It was basically a standard round of blackjack where the house (Wink) had to hit to 16 and stand on 17 or better. I think you won an additional prize or cash for beating the house and you won the Gambit Jackpot if you got any 21, blackjack or not.
