I went into a Mad Dash to rush to my ExpressVu guide - and although they list a channel, I can't find it in a package...

I get no channel 274 on my ExpressVu at the moment, either. For a "themed" channel, that seems like a really strange place for it on the lineup, too, as opposed to down in the 600s where one would think it should be. The 200s are generally the mainstream broadcasters and local stations.
Perhaps it will get added overnight -- and I sure hope this doesn't mean they'll file a claim to have GSN taken off Canadian TV as "competition"!
(Yes, I get ExpressVu down here, and I pay an ever-increasing sum for it every month, thanks to our collapsing US$.)
Add on edit: I see a website for the current channel,
http://www.cgtv.com -- but it looks like it hasn't even been touched since 2005. Certainly no mention of any upcoming change.
And on 2nd edit: I found a second website --
http://www.cgtvcanada.com -- that actually appears to be more current, and which has a current "weekly schedule," but which ended on Thursday. Still no mention of the change, though. And it looks like the channel is being sent on ExpressVu's Nimiq2 satellite, which means you need a dual-LNB setup to get it ... and you need to be in Nimiq2's footprint, which sadly, I am not.
