The things that are necessary are very simple:
- A video collection of your own with enough variety to keep people happy.
- The ability to capture video onto your harddrive, convert to flv, and upload onto the server.
There is of course also the option to completely overhaul the site structure altogether if the new chief isn't happy with the current layout.
