A close second would probably be "MAY HE REST IN PEACE" on the Cullen $25K Pyramid.

I think the category was "things that are said at a funeral".

Ouch. I hope they would have just taken "rest in peace"; best clue I can think of is "it's what the three letters on the tombstone stand for".
