Adamle's new gig
« on: January 30, 2008, 03:59:26 AM »
I'm surprised it hasn't been posted yet, with all the talk about American Gladiators, but Mike Adamle has joined the cast of WWE's Raw program as an interviewer. Adamle previously dealt with the company as a play-by-play man for the ill-fated XFL back in 2001.

Good to see him back again, but I have to admit I find it odd for someone with national "legit" sportscasting exposure to join the WWE.

You shouldn't be.

/why is it that 9 times out of 10, when someone says "I'm surprised nobody posted this," they're wrong?

Wow.  Big news.  Say, did you hear the big story?  Charlie O'Donnell is returning to Wheel.  I guess MG Kelly doesn't have the voice for that kind of a show.

I'm surprised he's still around, considering during his first night, he noted that WWE Champion Randy Orton will be taking on Jeff Harvey. Simple mistake, I know, but you know WWE..

Ah... My apologies. I'd searched, and missed it. I guess that's what happens when I think I found news at 4 AM.

Because often times people don't look beyond the millisecond they spent reading the thread headers in the first forum they read without scrolling.

Not saying that happened in this case, just sayin'...
