Bob Barker Donates $1M to Drury University

From the AP through Yahoo! News. It notes that Drury was indeed his alma mater and that this money is for the university to establish an undergraduate animal-ethics program.

"If young people are introduced to the terrible exploitation and mistreatment of animals in society, it will help influence them in anything they do... What I'm hoping is that this will become a model for other undergraduate schools."

And this town won't name anything after him because in the words of the esteemed mayor:  "People don't want to change addresses".  

I'm hearing Bob may be in town next week.  I'll post details as I know them.
