Daytime TPiR goes HD next season?
« on: July 02, 2008, 11:55:52 PM »
Today's show featured a new turntable panel to cover the producer's table. According to golden-road.net's ClockGameJohn:

Today's show was taped in High Definition, as will all subsequent shows from here on out for Season 36 in preparation for the full time transition next Season.  No shows will be broadcast in HD until the next Season, however.

(Drew reaches into pocket during One-Bid)
(reaches into other pocket)
(walking over) "Aw, man, they forgot to give me the price tag again."
(knock knock) "Oh, Thing . . ."

This and other wit-and-miss bits coming, oh, sometime or other to a screen near you.

It only makes sense, seeing as how the competing network shows at 11 AM ET are in HD.
