I would be willing to bet cash money that you are correct. At BEST any motion controls for the Wii version will be pasted-on crap.
For the DS version, I can see that also mirroring the PC version exactly with the touchscreen interface (Check Game could work well on DS), but with no actual video of prizes and no Rich Fields V.O.'s due to the limited storage on the DS game chips.
You won't see video, at least not of prizes, but I don't think it's outside of the realm of possibility for there to be VO. Audio compresses *wonderfully.*
I strongly suspect neither the Wii or DS versions will feature downloadable content, though, while I think it's very possible that the XBLA one will.
