New Zealand to get their 'own' version of Millionaire

In the same tradition as the Canadian version back in 2000 - TVNZ will be producing it's own version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" on foreign soil, in the Channel 9 studios here in Melbourne, Australia. They will ship in contestants from over the Tasman for the shows (as well as employ some ex-pats in Oz for audience members and contestants too). They will have their own host as well.

Could be interesting - at least they can make use of our recently renovated set (minimally utilised so far with the premature axing of our reincarnation late last year).
