9am in our market (WHP-CBS).  Seems kind of early if you ask me.

You beat me to it...Was just about to report the same thing. :)

This gives good old 21 a 3-hour game show block, assuming it's a double-run....DOND at 9, WWTBAM at 10, and of course TPiR at 11... Much better than the previous 9am offerings in recent years (People's Court right now, previously Keith Ablow)..

Here in Portland, Deal will air on KPTV (FOX 12) at 7 PM, up against Jeopardy on KATU. This is kinda interesting, since KPTV hasn't aired any syndicated game shows since its days as an independent station back in the early '90s.

Down here in Miami, Deal will be on at 4 pm on WTVJ (NBC 6), up against Oprah, news, and Judge Judy.

Crosswords had that time slot, but was replaced about 3 months back with Access Hollywood.

And for the people in the West Palm Beach area, it will be on Fox 29 at 7pm.  It replaces Family Guy and is up against WOF.

Chicago Reporting in...

Weekdays at noon on NBC 5, which leads me to believe that they will use the Martha Stewart Show to replace Crosswords at 2pm.

I would have had Deal at 2pm...that, to me, would serve as a great lead in to Ellen.

Then WMAQ was not suckered into Daytime Plus.

I noticed that despite everything, Program Partners still has 180 stations for "Family Court with Judge Penny" this fall--but I'm really wondering how many stations are going to want to go for Marie Osmond in September 2009 unless Ritch Colbert can pledge to them that he won't sell renewals and then pull out and change plans at the last minute.

Marie Osmond wasn't all that successful in daytime with her brother the last time around.

Why do the syndicators think she'll be successful by herself?

This is a VERY interesting point. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on the General Manager?

1. They haven't figured out their host yet? According to Buzzerblog, that is the case. Obviously they haven't taped any without a freaking host.

Wasn't it determined that Peter Brady of The Brady Bunch Variety Hour would emcee?

Unconfirmed.

Wouldn't be surprised if it did happen, at which point I would avoid it at all costs.

Apparently it's now been confirmed.

Well here's another kick in the pants...apparently WLYH (CW15) is (also?) getting in on the action...7:30pm weekdays according to the commercial I just saw.

Any word yet on an announcer for this show?
