Thanks for the Philly update Mitch,  Wow!  DoND's gonna compete with the noon newscasts.  At least I can switch over to Millionaire on WPVI-TV 6 at 12:30.

Here's what I know from Philly as of 8/27:

11:00AM-TPIR(KYW-TV 3)
12:00PM-Syndie DoND(WCAU-TV 10)
12:30PM-Millionaire(WPVI-TV 6)
4:00PM & 4:30PM-Syndie DoND(double-run)(WFMZ-TV 69)
7:00PM-J!(WPVI-TV 6)
7:30PM-WoF(WPVI-TV 6)
9:00PM&9:30PM(Tue-Fri) Family Feud(WFMZ-TV 69)
4:00AM-TP:AP(WTXF-TV 29)

The only thing I'm uncertain is what'll become of Crosswords at WFMZ.  Also, that station better give a more decent time for TP:AP(if they have it) or else I'll be forced to move somewhere else.  YUCK!

Come the 22nd, we (WREX)'ll be airing the secondary Millionaire at 12:30, and the primary Millionaire at 2:00. That seems a little weird to show the double-run before the primary-run. Any precedent for that?
WTKR's done it for a couple of years; primary ep. at 4:00pm and secondary at 10:30am. By my logic, you get more viewers at 4, including the after-school crowd.

And yes, TP:AP starts the 22nd.

Aha.  I'll check back in another 2 weeks to find the schedule.

BTW, WAFF is ditching Feud for The Bonnie Hunt Show, albeit it's going in at 2PM, with The Neverending Today Show: Hour the Fourth moving to right after the other 3 hours and Martha (Stewart) moving from 10AM to 11AM.
Or it could be your CW station hasn't sent their new schedule to Tribune.  Or Tribune hasn't entered it in.  Many things at play.
I think you're right. I just checked another site (http://www.tvguide.com) and they indeed have Syndie DoND listed on my CW station (KCWI 23 on two time slots: 6:30 PM and 11:00 PM).

Everything else is still the same as last year:

WHO 13 (NBC): Millionaire (4:00 PM), Jeopardy! (4:30 PM), Wheel of Fortune (6:30 PM)
KDMI 56.1 (MyNet): Family Feud double run (4:00 PM and 4:30 PM)
WOI 5 (ABC), KCCI 8 (CBS) and KDSM 17 (FOX): Nothing.

Trivial Pursuit's website doesn't list any Des Moines stations yet.

It has "WHP/WLYH" listed for Harrisburg so I'm thinking, like Mitch said, that "Frasier" reruns at 7 may be a temporary thing, with TP being plugged in at 7 to make a TP/DoND game hour. I also am thinking that the "WHP" portion is the My affiliate ("My TwentyOne.2").

Our local MyNetworkTV(central MO) may get an award for strange game show scheduling. Starting Sept. 8 we get the oddly named 'Best" of MGC at a dandy 7:30 A.M. slot, right before 8 a.m. '07-'08 Millionaire. This is sandwiched between infomercials. On the plus side(I hope) we also get MGC replacement Inside the Box at 9 a.m. on the Fox station which is in group ownership w/ the local MNT and ABC. I guess this shows the owners are game show fans(or looking for somewhat cheaper alternative programming), because they've loaded the ABC side with a nice game package for afternoons/evenings. ABC17 has Feud @ 4:00, new Millionaire @ 4:30, Jeopardy @ 5:00 and syndie DoND @ 6:30 to take on WoF. Aside from 6:30 Wheel on local NBC, this station group is the only one programming syndicated games. No word on TP, but my guess is 9:30a.m., after ItB, as they have scheduled infomercials the first week.

Looked up the WNBC complete fall sched:

They're one of the stations getting the Style by Jury/Inside the Box combo, which is going to air at 12 and 12:30 (the latter part opposite Millionaire on WABC). Martha moves to 11, replacing the infomercial/Crosswords block, and the 4PM Deal slot is going to be a double run.

Just to review, here's the NYC area game show time slots:

-TPIR at 11 (obviously)
-Inside the Box and Millionaire at 12:30
-TP double run at 2
-Feud double run at 3
-DOND double run at 4
-J! and Wheel at 5 on WLNY and 7 on WABC

Oof!  4AM in Philadelphia.  That can't be good.

Pittsburgh has TP TBA, but since it's WPXI, I'm thinking it may be 1:30PM.
I was wrong.  WPXI is putting it at 4AM, same as Philly.
Figure this way, I think WPXI was double running Feud with Millionaire inbetween before Crosswords came along, I guess they are going back to something that worked well for them (according to Zap2It 12:30-2pm is Feud/Millionaire/Feud as of 9/8) instead of replacing an epic fail of a show with one that may fall flat on it's face within 6 months.

It will also be interesting to see what D/ND does on WPGH @ 5pm up against all three local newscasts

Here is what I have confirmed for the Lansing, MI market so far.  I'm still waiting to hear back from some stations on what their fall lineup is.  Feel free to fill in the blanks.

Trivial Pursuit - WHTV - 12:00 noon and 5:30 p.m. (starts 9/22)
Family Feud - WHTV - 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (starts ???)
Deal or No Deal - WILX - 5:30 p.m. (starts 9/8)
Wheel of Fortune - WILX - 7:00 p.m. (starts 9/8)
Jeopardy - WILX - 7:30 p.m. (starts 9/8)

This is when this is currently showing, haven't received confirmation from the station if it's staying the same.
WWTBAM  - WLAJ - 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (starts 9/8)

Am I missing any shows?

Small update for Phoenix. KTVK 3TV will move Family Feud's double run from 1 pm to 12 noon starting September 8th. Deal or No Deal will be seen at 3:30 pm on KNXV ABC 15 (I think it said 3 pm before).

If I missed it in a previous post, my apologies.

WGN in Chicago will move Millionaire to 5pm this fall, and insert an evening newscast afterwards, which pretty much ends the double run.

I wonder what will take the 11am hour? Time will tell.

That means there will be quite a unique distribution of game shows in our area:

10am: The Price is Right (CBS), Family Feud block (WCIU)
Noon: Deal or No Deal (NBC)
1pm (?): TP: America Plays (My 50 Chicago)
3:30 pm: Old Standby number 1 (Jeopardy!, ABC 7)
5pm: Millionaire (WGN)
6:30 pm: Old Standby number 2 (Million Dollar Wheel, WLS)

Being an old standby is not a bad thing at all. I am just amazed that with all the shuffling that has gone on in the last 25 years or so, these shows managed to stay in the same slot since day one. I wouldn't have it any other way. We have a nice season up ahead.

I'm not. Think of what a killing those shows make for the stations that carry them. You'll notice that Oprah never seems to move around a whole lot either. If it's my station, and I'm lucky enough to land Wheel and Jeopardy, you will pry those out of prime access over my dead body. :)

Okay...so we now have Millionaire at 12:30, Millionaire again at 2, Trivial Pursuit at 2:30, Deal or No Deal at 3, and I presume they're keeping Jeopardy and Wheel...and that's just what's on WREX.

Wow.

All this I agree with. Wheel and Jeopardy have been firestarters since WLS gave them the nod. Granted, it was a few weeks after the shows' syndication debuts, but it's better late than never.

Oprah has high influence here when WLS airs her twice (!) in one day...the first showing at 9am, with a rerun after Nightline. Nonetheless, these shows are power players, so it's good they stay where they are.
