It might be.  I have tried Internet Explorer and Firefox without success.

I suspect it has something to do with DNS resolution, as in wherever Chuck hosts that domain is using a DNS that is somehow not replicating to Australia.

No problems over in England. As Mr Lemon stated, it has to be the DNS.
