First, my great thanks to Joe Raygor who found this for me and just made my morning.

The Apprentice franchise has made its way to Ireland.  And just wait until you see the big name they've gotten to host it!

//Wondering how long it takes before the IMDB listing gets completely screwed up.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

Glad to see he's bounced back after being rejected for the hosting job on ABC's Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

Uh, Matt, it says Jackie Lavin, not Linda Lavin.

This looks like a good time to share a picture I took of a bulletin board notice in an Irish school.  I only wish I could have been there for the event.
It was a golden age of daytime network television... Game Shows... Hosted by people who actually knew that the game was the star... And I wish it was still that way - both that game shows were on all morning and that they were hosted by actual game show hosts. - Bob Purse, Inches Per Second

I'll take under. Possibly by the end of this day.
Now, quoted from the linked article:
"it’s clearly partner Jackie Lavin who’ll be wearing the pants".
Does she have to?

Nice to see that the guy associated with the potato game here is hosing a show over where there was a potato famine.
When you're at the grocery game and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have at "Crazy Rachel's Checkout Counter!"

Congratulations on not bothering to look at it. Unless you were counting ANY "Approves" post, not one specifically commenting on the Bill Cullen thing.

That's okay. It was my post he approved. I'll take that over an epic fail any day.
And I'm always happy to see a picture of Linda Lavin.

To be honest, I normally don't click on either the "approves" pic links, or the "fail" pic links (which in my view have become especially tedious, but de gustibus non disputandum and all that).

But you're fine with commenting on one and making assumptions about its content. Gotcha.
