I'm shocked GSN is running B&W programming in the daytime, but very cool.

I think they did it for Carson, too.

I would like to think that Paul Newman garners enough attention to warrant GSN going an extra mile.
This signature is currently under construction.

Kitty Carlisle too, no?

Yes, GSN did a B&W daytime tribute for Carson. Carlisle's tribute was all in color though. GSN had enough color TTTT clips so they didn't have to dig into the B&W file for her.

Nitpick: The daytime portion was all in color. ISTR, though, that they aired one or two B&W shows overnight as part of the tribute as well.

I could've sworn I saw at least 1 B&W episode of something.

It appears that they won't show his IGAS appearance in its entirety because it was a Winston show, even though they've aired it in full in the past.  The press release refers to "clips from game shows featuring Paul Newman" showing up on GSN Live yesterday, did anybody see if they showed even a clip from IGAS?
