The infamous Minda Lopez episode

Last night GSN aired the infamous Millionaire episode in which contestant Minda Lopez appeared in Season 1, episode 15. She too extremely too long to answer the 2,000 and 4,000 dollar questions and in fact, they had to show on the screen during the 2 questions Much Later and Much, Much Later. I want to ask the posters why do you think it took them 6 years to realize that they needed to have a time limit (which I'm in favor of) on all questions on the show.

I disagree with your thesis.

I saw this last night.

Was waiting for Rich Fields to say it was one of Drew's showcases.

I believe it's "infamous" just to the poster.

I felt like taking in a little bit of GSN (and more specifically, "Millionaire") last night. Once I got that dose of stupid, I was no longer in the mood for Millionaire.

Said contestant took ridiculous amounts of time on not one but two questions, prompting edits marked by "MUCH LATER..." and "MUCH, MUCH LATER..." during them.

The audience could not have been more pleased to see her go, and the next contestant was seen checking his watch when Meredith announced him.
