A new movie about a young man who is about to hit it big on the Indian version of WWtbaM just as a scandal happens. It's getting good reviews generally. Read about it at Rotten Tomatoes.

I hate it when people do this, but it's also covered in this thread.

Looks like if I wanna go see it, I'll have to drive to Boise. Not happening. I'll wait for the Blu-Ray.

If the movie trailer isn't enough for a person to watch the movie, I don't know what will.  :)

From "outside the box", since former owner Celador devised the format more than ten years ago, I found it amazing on how far "Millionaire" has come from the television to, now, the silver screen.  I wonder if Davies, Vieira and company will get any casual/curious or returning viewers to its daytime show when this movie takes off nationwide.

Apparently Minneapolis isn't a big enough city to show this.

[/quote]Per the Post-Intelligencer movie listings, it's playing @ the Harvard Exit on Capitol Hill in Seattle, and the Lincoln Square Cinemas in Bellevue.

/I bet Seattle was one of the first fifteen markets where the movie was released, which is why it wasn't on DoorNumberFour's list
//IIRC, it was also presented at this year's Seattle International Film Festival
///(Even so, I can't recall the last time I saw a film in a theater.)
////(Or visited Beautiful Downtown Bellevue, for that matter.)

Well it's won the National Board of Review award for film of the year:

(and their winner has made the Best Picture nominee list every year since 2001)
