I'll take your word for it, I couldn't make it that far.

No need to. (Links to the moment in question.)

I'm still amazed at people that do this. Do they really get an audience hosting their own audio-only mock games? Do they really think that this smuck is better than Drew?

Ms. Deeley has been studying her Chris Tarrant, and I think she's channeling him nicely.  (I just wish she'd have picked a better stage name; a Cat Deeley is a faux raccoon tail on a string sold for $2.99 at Petco.  It falls apart within ten minutes of your cat clawing at it.)

Do you want drama?  Do you want excitement?  Do you want a host that pumps the room full of electricity, way past the recommended capacity?  Move over, Meredith.  Sayonara, Sajak.  What we need is the thriller, the killer, the game show pillar, Michael Tiller! (His reaction to the "contestant" "landing" on 90 cents at 1:23 is just what Millionaire needs.)

I just threw up in my mouth.  A lot.  Plus some on my lap.

What's wrong with a shortened version of your first name?

I mean, there's nitpicks...and then there's NITPICKS.

(And believe me, I know both ends of that spectrum. That, and I don't think Cathy Deeley rolls off the tongue as well...)

I had to turn down the volume on my comp just to make sure I didn't go deaf. It almost worked.

(I wonder what'll happen the day Tiller decides to use voices of some sort in his games...)
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

That blood-curdling shriek he bellowed was just disturbing.

Better not leave any negative comments on the YouTube page about this. He has zero tolerance. It'll come right down. Only praise is welcome.
After hearing that announcer, I'm starting to think Daniel Rosen wasn't that bad.

You have confused a nitpick with a humorous observation.  I'm not sure which one of us should feel badly about it.

Then again, I suppose that if Rip Torn worked for Elmore, then Cat Deeley can work fo Catherine.

Reminds me of the X-Men character.  Kitty Pryde is something you pour into your litter box.

I think that'd probably be me, considering I didn't quite get the joke.

(Rip Torn's real name is Elmore? No wonder...)

Only in my dreams, General.
Would Regis be interested in guest hosting a week?

I'd like to see Regis but the problem is that not every "Regis & Kelly" station airs "Millionaire," so Regis might be in time slot competition with himself. Maybe it wouldn't be that big of a deal, though.  Does any station run Meredith "Millionaire" opposite Meredith on "Today"?

Myself, I'd like to see Hugh Downs and both of our Matts on the forum get a shot at it.  Heck, since I'm as well known as Cat Deely, give me a chance to host!

They do not. To insure this (or ensure this), Meredith is only on for the first two hours of the program. Matt usually disappears shortly after the third hour gets underway leaving the remaining twenty hours to the likes of Al, Ann, Natalie, Kathie Lee, Hoda, Kukla, Fran, Friend and Ollie.
