I just saw in USA Today's listing of Wednesday talk shows that Barker is to appear on ABC-TV's Good Morning America!

No word on which hour he'll appear, provided nothing major in the news occurs, like when he and Drew Carey were supposed to be on Larry King Live, which didn't occur due to the bridge collapse in Minnesota.

Yet another thing to blame our governor, Smirking Tim Pawlenty, for.

You know, the bridge could have waited ONE MORE DAY before collapsing.

Sheesh.

On a more serious note, I wish it would've waited until NOBODY was on it.

Is GMA shot in HD?
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

Yes.  Only the Early Show (of the three major AM news shows) is not in HD.

I don't have this as fact, but I'm pretty sure that this is a taped piece.

The OBGS part is : the interviewer is Tom Bergeron.

Yes, it was a taped piece. I just saw it, and I won't spoil anything except to say that the interview was short, and there's nothing there that TPIR fans don't already know, but it's a nice segment nonetheless. I will also say there's no mention of his book either.

I predict his appearance on TPIR will be brief, certainly less than a minute. Some fans are expecting a mini-special, with all the models showing up and Rod Roddy and Johnny Olson rising from their respective graves for a great big group hug.

The interview...apologies if this is qualifies as a direct link. Will remove if necessary.
