"You followin' me, camera guy?"
[/quote]

The answer to that question is here.  Yes, the camera guy did follow him.

Dan Patrick has just teased (leading into the 2nd hour of his radio show) that he's apparently been offered the LMAD job or an audition thereof.

Made me LOL, and I'm at work. Give that man a cigar, or his favorite drink if he doesn't smoke.

Fantastic hire , if it pans out. Quick wit, dry sense of humor - as long as he doesn't go into it with an "I can't believe I'm down to hosting game shows" now attitude....I think he'll be great.

Given that his attitude on ESPN involved a fair amount of "I can't believe I'm down to hosting a sports highlights show," that may not work out. I like him, but LMAD doesn't seem like the vehicle for witty and dry.

Maybe "Duel"?

Methinks one of his employers would have a problem with that.

On Thursday's show, Dan says the deal is off because he wasn't supposed to announce it.

That's why I never discuss auditions I've had until after I've gotten the job.

Back to square one, I guess.  Speaking of which, what's Larry Cedar up to these days?
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

D'oh!!  Forget about Dan hosting the next revival of IGAS then. BTW, Dan's former ESPN show used Bill Cullen's Chain Reaction theme to sign off.

I'm hoping you guys realize that either a) this was all radio schtick, or b) he wasn't interested in the job in the first place. Dan Farking Patrick is not so stupid as to blab something on the air that needed to be kept quiet if it was interested in the job and doing so would affect his chances.

Or c): He auditioned, didn't care if he got the job or not, said something on air about it and now is out of the running.

Or, it could be a mistake of his.  I don't know if it was or not.  Do you?

Hey Millionaire81 - so you make an honest mistake like we all do and Patrick might have done... you going to call yourself a "moron?"
