I don't think so because it's not on a distant signal.  What NBC and Fox (MNTV's parent) have done is sold the primetime rights to the shows MNTV. I guess PIX could drop the daytime run out of spite, but Fox would clear it on 5 or 9 if needed.

I thought NBC didn't have a stake in the syndie Deal (which is what is to be shown, right?)

As a syndicated distributor (i.e. NBC Enterprises, which is now probably NBCUniversal Distribution or the like), it does.  From a network standpoint, no.
